update- after further emails with the manufacturer i was assured that the amount of stevia is safe for daily consumption. without violating proprietary secrets each packet contains between .12 mg to .14 mg of stevia, that is well below the fda recommended amount of safe daily consumption of stevia. i can drink more than 6 bottles of water flavored per day and be safe. this flavor, black cherry is my favorite! i have purchased original lemonade, raspberry, fruit punch, grape, iced tea, and obviously the black cherry. all were good, but this is definitely my favorite.original review:i reached out to the manufacturer asking how many mg of stevia is in each packet to make sure that i am not consuming too much. they replied that they would not answer the question because it it proprietary, it is their secret recipe. a simple internet search will reveal that it is not recommended by the fda to exceed 1.8 mg per pound of body weight in people due to health related issues that may happen if you exceed the recommended amount. i have thrown out all of the trulemon and trulime that i have bought and will no longer recommended it to anyone. if they cannot be transparent with a health concern then i will not support the company.
